Trama

Domande frequenti

Come entro?

Come funzionano i consigli?

Cosa vuol dire «Racconta: fatti reali / ispirato / invenzione»?

Dove rivedo i primi passi?

In Impostazioni → Primi passi. La guida completa è in questa pagina.

Quanto costa?

Come elimino i miei dati o l'account?

Frequently asked questions

What does the AI read from the cover?

Title and subtitle, the people with their role (author, illustrator, translator, editor, series editor), publisher, series and ISBN when there. Next to each person you see how sure the AI is, and you can correct everything before searching.

Where do editions and book data come from?

From Google Books and Open Library. When the two catalogues talk about the same book, Trama merges them without duplicates.

Does it work offline?

With the Android app, yes: photos wait on the phone and go as soon as there is a connection. Library, graph and suggestions show when you are back online.

Why is the price sometimes "not available"?

Because Trama only shows prices given by a reliable catalogue, with their source. If the catalogue does not give one, we do not estimate it.

How do I sign in?

With the Tackora account, the same as Ritrovo: with Google or with email and password, on the site or in the Android app.

The book is not recognised: what can I do?

Try a straight, well-lit photo of the cover, or the barcode on the back. Otherwise add it by hand: the title or the ISBN is enough.

How do the suggestions work?

They start from the books you read: the same person, genre, character or event. First the books already in your library still to read, then those from the catalogues, each with its reason. In Suggested → Customise the suggestions you choose how many, what counts most and whether you prefer real facts or fiction.

What does "It tells: real facts / inspired / fiction" mean?

It is what the book tells: true facts (history, biographies, essays), a story inspired by real facts or people (like a historical novel) or an invented story. The AI proposes it or derives it from the genres; if it is wrong, correct it in the book's card.

Does Trama spoil the plot?

No: the AI's plot avoids twists and events that reveal the story stay covered until you open them; you can show them in Settings. The AI may not recognise every spoiler.

Can I bring my library from Goodreads or Anobii?

Yes: Settings → Import CSV; status, rating, date and shelves are kept. Export CSV downloads your whole library.

What is the graph?

It is the map of your books: it links them through the people who made them, genres, topics, characters and events. Hold a point to see its path to the books and double tap a book to open it.

Can I use Trama on a computer?

Yes: on trama.tackora.it you find the same library as in the app. On a computer you add books by choosing photos from the disk or typing the title or ISBN.

The cover is wrong: how do I change it?

On the book page tap Use your own photo: it replaces the catalogue cover.

What happens to the cover photos?

Before they are saved they are reduced and lose their metadata, location included; on the server they stay encrypted. Details in the privacy policy.

In which languages is Trama?

Italian, English, French and German: choose in Settings, together with the light, dark or phone theme.

Where can I see the first steps again?

In Settings → First steps. The full guide is on this page.

How much does it cost?

Trama is free during the launch period, with every feature. To keep AI costs down each account has a daily limit of requests.

How do I delete my data or my account?

Settings → Delete account or data opens the Tackora account page, where you choose Trama's data only or the whole account. It becomes final after 25 days and you can cancel until then. Also from account.tackora.it/elimina.
