Termini d'uso

Terms of use

Effective from 4 November 2026

These terms govern the use of the Trama app and of the site trama.tackora.it, offered by Simone Marchica, operating under the name Tackora. By using Trama you accept them. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

The service

Trama lets you keep your library: recognise a book from a photo, find it with its authors, characters and events, see the links between books in a graph and get suggestions on what to read. The service is free. We may improve it, change it or add features; if an important change affects you we tell you in the app.

Artificial intelligence

Book recognition, the choice of the edition, characters, events, plot, genres, mood, content warnings and suggestions are prepared with artificial intelligence and may contain errors: check them. Events that reveal the plot are covered until you open them, but the artificial intelligence may not recognise every spoiler. To keep costs down each account has a daily limit of requests.

Links to bookshops

The "Where to buy it" links lead to third-party sites (Amazon, IBS, laFeltrinelli, Libraccio): purchases, prices and conditions are between you and those sites. As an Amazon Associate, Tackora earns from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you.

Fair use

Do not use Trama for illegal content, to collect other people's data in bulk or to overload or bypass the service and its limits. If it happens we may suspend or close the account, after warning you when possible.

Availability and liability

We do our best for Trama to always work and for your data to be safe, but the service is provided "as is": there may be interruptions, errors or features not available, for example when a catalogue does not answer. Within the limits allowed by law we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the service. The rights the law grants to consumers are not affected.

Applicable law

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the court of the place where you live remains competent.
